- Develop, update and follow-up implementation of standard operating procedures for cigarette imports and exports;
- Plan and coordinate cigarette import and export flows;
- Review of all documentation related to the import and export functions of the entity;
- Plan transportation and select appropriate service providers, ensuring PMR needs are met on a day-by-day basis;
- Manage relationship with customs authorities and brokers;
- Participate in contract negotiations, pursuing opportunities to optimize costs and improve service quality;
- Monitor and actively participate in the budget cycles;
- Supervise, coach and motivate the logistics team.
- University degree;
- 3 - 5 years experience in Logistics, Customs Clearance, International Trade;
- Minimum 1 year experience in coordinating a team;
- Previous experience in budget & plan preparation and contract management;
- Solid knowledge of laws and regulations on customs and transportation;
- Excellent planning and organizing skills;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office;
- Experience in working with an ERP;
- Very good command of English.
