- Organise, implement, coordinate and improve all IFMS activities to ensure cost-effective and timely availability of all utilities and services in the scope of the IFMS contract.
- Identify and up-date requirements of internal clients and adjust services to comply with the changing circumstances.
- Monitor, report and improve Key Performance Indicators for the activities under his/her coordination and ensure implementation of best practices.
- Regularly coordinate external resources and during projects’ implementation to ensure compliance with the projects’ schedules.
- University degree in Engineering/Management
- Extensive experience in providing services to internal clients in a 24/7 industrial environment;
- Decision making courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
- Comfortable coordinating external resources;
- Excellent communication, analytical skills and customer service orientation;
- Demonstrated achievement orientation and creative thinking;
- High concern for order and quality;
- Good knowledge of English and MS Office.
