RESPONSABILITATI

-You will be responsible for operational excellence, customer satisfaction with your dedicated tasks.
-You will be responsible for the quality measures of the data in the systems - which are being checked by error reporting, feedback of the central IPGS Administration team, feedback from the customers, supported countries and the local delivery organization. Furthermore deadlines for every specific task have to be respected.

Main tasks:
- ensure that data entry is performed as per given process
- ensure that internal partner inputs are considered and taken care of
- ensure that mandatory trainings are covered on time
- internal survey results
- error reporting
- on-time contract registration
- clear up errors without waiting for delivery inputs, try to avoid reactive resolution

Specific tasks:
- coordination of activities in a team and with counterpart in Front Office
- pre-registration of contracts
-final registration of contracts
-ongoing contracts changes
-operational review


CERINTE

Our perfect candidate is:
-A young graduate (economical or engineering background)
-Total professional experience of at least 2 years
-Customer oriented with demonstrated written and spoken English skills
-Quality and details oriented with high analytical skills
-A computer literate — Microsoft Package (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer)
-A person interested in back office work
-Experience in contract management or telephone support or microcomputer industry
-Experience in SAP would be an advantage
-Good written and oral skills in a second language: French, Italian, German or Spanish
