Job Description:
Based in our new offices in Bucharest, your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely payment of assigned client portfolios and to determine reasons of non-payment. Furthermore you will aim to achieve superior customer satisfaction by solving customer issues preventing payment.
Candidate profile:
- With an advanced level of English for internal communication
- Fluency in Spanish would represent an asset
- With the self-confidence to conduct a lot of direct phone conversations in the local language with customers
- Customer focused and have conflict resolutions skills
- With strong initiative and self-motivation
- Able to identify, negotiate and implement payment solutions with customers
- With adequate computing skills (Microsoft Office)
- Who have leadership experience and people management skills
- With either a minimum of 3–5 years related experience or a degree in Business or Finance
