RESPONSABILITATI

The Supervisor of the Bookings/Order team:

- Supervise the team activity (run checks on response time; issue procedures and follow-up the implementation)

-Ensures appropriate training to team members in order to improve their level of skills and performance

- Performs periodical team members evaluation both on competencies and performance assessments

- Ensures cross-functional communication/ co-operation in order to improve information flow and problems solving

- Allocates incoming and additional/extra work to existing resources and sets up priorities in order to meet upcoming ongoing tasks and have balanced workload, including self-involvement and task performing together with his subordinates whenever peak workload might jeopardize team performance

- Is responsible for taking over and solving customer raised issues that couldn’t be solved by subordinates

- Is responsible to analyses customer needs in order to improve existing procedures so that to provide the best possible service and solutions to the customer

- Is responsible for defining and implementing working procedures in order to implement quality standard.

- Ensures quality and time requirements to provide the outputs within the agreed framework

- Provides analysis reports based on the activity of bookings/ order team


CERINTE

- University degree
- Experience in customer services – call center field
- Initiative, planning
- Structural approach and organizational skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills , accurate , responsible, team work , stress tolerance
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Very good writing, reading and speaking English skills
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in leading
