RESPONSABILITATI

- Supervise the team activity (run checks on response time; issue procedures and follow-up the implementation);
-Ensures appropriate training to team members in order to improve their level of skills and performance;
- Performs periodical team members evaluation both on competencies and performance assessments;
- Ensures cross-functional communication/ co-operation in order to improve information flow and problems solving;
- Allocates incoming and additional/extra work to existing resources and sets up priorities in order to meet upcoming ongoing tasks and have balanced workload, including self-involvement and task performing together with his subordinates whenever peak workload might jeopardize team performance;
- Responsible for taking over and solving customer raised issues that couldn’t be solved by subordinates;
- Responsible to analyses customer needs in order to improve existing procedures so that to provide the best possible service and solutions to the customer;
- Is responsible for defining and implementing working procedures in order to implement quality standard;
- Ensures quality and time requirements to provide the outputs within the agreed framework;
- Provides analysis reports based on the activity of bookings/ order team.


CERINTE

- Min. 3 years experience in a call - center and 1 year as team leader/supervisor;
- University degree;
- Structural approach and organizational skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills , accurate , responsible, team work
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Very good writing, reading and speaking English skills
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in leading
