Based in our offices in Bucharest, your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely payment of assigned client portfolios and to determine reasons of non-payment. Furthermore you will aim to achieve superior customer satisfaction by solving customer issues preventing payment.
-Supervise a team of Collectors and manages a select AR portfolio
-Ensures processes and policies are followed and that appropriate business controls are in place
-Drive world-class performance of DSO and aging metrics while minimizing bad debt write-offs
-Work internally with partners and externally with customers to resolve aging and disputed receivable issues and to improve customer payment cycle
-Effectively performance manages and develops staff
-Minimum of 3–5 years related experience or a degree in Business or Finance
-Advanced level of English for internal communication
-Fluency in Spanish
-Proven people management skills
-Customer focused
-Conflict resolutions skills
-Strong initiative and self-motivation
-Able to identify, negotiate and implement payment solutions with customers
-Adequate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
