RESPONSABILITATI

- To liaise with HP Front Office employees and executives for customer satisfaction issues including turnaround time of requests, quality of results and complaints from internal HP customer.
- To provide professional solutions to HP internal customers originating from unresolved escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence.
- To act as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
- Manage a team of 20-25 people and will have complete delivery and people management responsibility either for a region within a process or a sub process
- As part of People management responsibility, responsible to do performance appraisal and identify individual development plan by strong employee engagement.


CERINTE

Our perfect candidate has:
- Bachelor¿s (graduate) degree in Economics
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Excellent communication and influential skills
- Require 5 years of work experience with minimum 2 years of people management.

- Customer focused and with conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Desirable requirements:
- Experience in contract management, or telephone support, or microcomputer industry
- Experience in SAP ¿ contract management
- Good written and oral skills in a second language: French, Italian, German or Spanish
