- Keeping the relations with company suppliers (construction companies, various suppliers);
- Involved in all maintenance activities;
- Follow-up and supervision of each step/phase of the construction process;
- Involved in the maintenance of the full functionality of the shopping malls, by assuring at any time full functionality of the malls equipment, co-ordination of the cleaning services, security services and any other similar or related tasks / items;
- Respond to the request of tenants regarding all administrative issues related to the rented spaces, like problems related to the ventilation system;
- Assurance that the tenants respect all contractual clauses referring to the operational issues;
- Reports referring to the operational activities of the company;
- Obtaining various authorisations from the operational point of view necessary to the company.
- Technical university degree (preferable);
- English language ¿ average;
- Microsoft Office.
