The Supervisor¿s responsibilities mainly refer to the following fields:
1)Technical and specialist knowledge ( review of reports- management and statutory reports, review of standard/regular correspondence with clients, client liaison, relationship with state authorities, preparing correspondence that is not standard or regular, coordinates the activity of accountants and junior accountants for which he/she is responsible, prepares accounts in accordance with Romanian Accounting Standards , IAS, US or UK GAAP, keeps up to date with changes in local accounting and tax legislation and informs superiors on the changes etc.);
2)Communication (Communication with team members, efficiently communicates status of work, problem areas and potential risk issues to senior staff, is able to manage teams of junior accountants/accountants and provide permanently feedback on their work).
3)Teamwork (Contributes (personally and by managing junior staff) to the team to enable objectives and deadlines to be met by)
4)Compliance (Works in compliance with all the companies procedures and related standards of work)
5)Planning (Setting realistic deadlines for self and junior staff)
6)Networking (Develop an internal and external network)
- University Degree ( Finance Accounting);
- Experience in Finance Accounting at least 4 years (in a Accounting Company, it would be a plus )
- Very good knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards, IAS, US, or UK GAAP);
- Experience in financial external reports ;
- Very good communications skills ;
- Very good organisation skills;
- Ability to work and to coordinate a team;
