RESPONSABILITATI

Subscription/ E-Commerce Manager establishes the sales strategy, coordinates the sales team at national level.
• Must elaborate new sale strategies taking into consideration THE PROFIT STRICTLY.
• Must establish real costs of handling and transportation.
• Must raise sales at national level through clear directives towards Retail Network Managers, Chiefs of the Agencies and subordinate staff.
• Must promote company image and services offered towards the customers.
• Must realize market and competition research.
• Must participate to specialized events and markets.
• Must coordinate the sales team and must establish sales depending on market evolution.
• Must participate to negotiations and must maintain the relation with key customers.
• Must have in view and correlate the sale with the logistic activity.
• Must manage, organize and assure the functioning of the department at maximum efficiency, with the view to elaborate the development strategies, identifying the opportunities and increasing the company profit.
• Must identify the factors that may affect the plan execution and suggest optimization ways (minimum time, best quality, sale increse).
• Must approve the policy of realizing the auctions.
• Must initiate strategic colaborations with the most important partners.
• Must suggest and implement ways of increasing the number of subscribers, both legal and physical person.

• Must coordinate the subscriptions campaigns at national level by clear directives towards the Retail Network Managers and the Chiefs of the Agencies.
• Must collaborate with other departments with the view to obtain data regarding market, customers and products.
• Must coordinate the issuance of the catalogues and materials for the subscriptions campaigns.
• Will use on commercial base all of Rodipet resources offices and network.
• Must identify possible clients and must negotiate contract terms.
• Must initiate the development of new profitable projects.
• Must analyze the efficiency of advertising campaigns.
• Must lead projects, subordinates, and the entire organisation to a correct direction.
• Must drill down issues on project level, then must guide and navigate those projects with hands on management style, then review, monitor and check the status of the projects as above.
• Must change the working style of all employees from passive to active.
• Must establish the necessary budgets
• Must establish working procedures for the subordinated department. IOS standards.
• Must supervise the complete implementation of rules and regulations.
• Must establish the strategy, the marketing, and sale of advertising plans.
• Must accomplish all the tasks in optimization conditions (minimum time, high quality, minimum costs, maximum sale).
• Involvment in fast problem solving.
• Brings up to date professional knowledge.
• Hires good professional team.
• Must observe the confidentiality contract.
• Full Customer service satisfaction. International standards.
• Must keep confidentiality of user pasword.
• Must keep the stamp in a safe place, where the other
employees do not have access.

• Must use the stamp only on legal documents.
• Must keep professional secrets in commercial domain.


CERINTE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• University degree in preferably Mathematics, Physics or Business Managing.
• Primary accountancy knowledge.
• PC and software applications knowledge.
• Experience in coordinate a team of 5 people.

• Multitask, must keep under control situations and must take decisions under pressure.
• Honesty.
• Intelligent, applies the optimization theory (minimum time, best quality, cheapest cost) in every process and operation that he performs.
• Dynamic and available to answer the phone after the program.
• Must observe the procedures.
• Oriented towards client satisfying. Must know the client is always right and he does not accept apologies.
