RESPONSABILITATI

¿¿¿ Analyze existing SoW and develop based on defined KPI¿¿¿s standard to control and monitor the subcontractor performance
¿¿¿ For new SoW¿¿¿s the Subcontractor will actively (push information) support the respective work package in defining appropriate KPI¿¿¿s and set up a regular control and monitor plan.
¿¿¿ The Subcontractor Manager will participate in the regular (technical) meetings between Site-Rollout Management of ISS or Subsystems and Subcontractor as well as Sourcing and Subcontractor.
¿¿¿ If applicable the Subcontractor Manager will establish separate meeting for the cralification of commercial subjects with involving Site/ Rollout Management and Sourcing if necessary.
¿¿¿ The Subcontractor Manager will have to ensure that those subcontractors with access to classified information or rooms will have the right security clearance and the respective ORNISS-Certificates.
¿¿¿ The Subcontractor Management will be responsible to receive and control the Subcontractor activity reports (print and in the electronic rollout support tool ¿¿¿Site Tracker¿¿¿) via the Site or Rollout Management to be enable to control the Subcontractor Invoices and prepare them to be released for payment. A monthly report has to be prepared.
¿¿¿ Because the Subcontractor works and goods constitute a payment milestone the Subcontractor Manager has ti plan the respective cost efficiently and by using the standard planning tool MS Project. To define processes between the company and Subcontractor or the company ¿¿¿ Customer and Subcontractor the Subcontractor Manager should be to design this processes in MS Vision. The standard used within the SISF ¿¿¿ Program is the SIPOC Standard (Supplier ¿¿¿ Input ¿¿¿ Process ¿¿¿ Output - Customer).


CERINTE

Degree Economics and /or Engineering see professional education.
Professional education: Degree in economics (accounting and controlling) and/or engineer in the area of Civil Works, Electrical Power, IT&C and Communications.
Profesional experience:
¿¿¿ At least 5 wears working experience preferred in positions with similar activities like requested and described here
¿¿¿ Technical background (sound practical and theoretical background)
¿¿¿ Experienced in working for the Public Service Sector / Governmental Projects and it¿¿¿s specification
¿¿¿ Experience in working within a customer oriented environment based on results driven by budget and schedule
¿¿¿ Experienced in civil works / electrical engineering / Installation and Rollout of IT&C equipment
¿¿¿ Knowledge in IT&C Communication technologies
