Role:
To manage and lead large teams of employees delivering multiple projects through Porting project managers, QA Manager, QA team Leaders. This role involves a great deal of resource / project planning, recruitment of experienced and inexperienced staff, training etc. It also involves monitoring the projects progress against deliverables and reporting to the administration board on a regular basis.
- 5 years plus experience of software development, at least 3 years in a project management role or higher.
- University degree.
- Experience of managing 35+ employees.
- Fully compliant with MS office and win XP.
- Java / Brew experience an advantage but not essential.
- Mobile / Console gaming experience desirable.
- Ability to nurture and develop a calm proactive workforce essential.
- Along with problem solving excellent people management skills are essential.
