- Technical evaluation of tender documents and requirements,
- Technical solution proposals and budget estimations,
- Evaluation of required site works and economical assessments,
- Basic design of civil structures and creation of bill of quantities,

- A degree in civil/mechanical engineer,
- Minimum 5 years experience,
- Fluent in English,
- Good written communications skills,
- Able to travel 25%-30% of the time.
