The job holder will be actively involved in client facing activities, strategic business planning, bidding and winning work, delivering building projects to a high technical standard, to budget and to programme.
To develop relationships with key Clients.
To act as team leader for projects bringing together the technical skills required.
To deliver projects to a high technical standard within budget and to programme.
To win building projects in energy, M&E and infrastructure as well as structural engineering
To liaise and co-ordinate with other Business Groups with an interest in the sector
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
Professional structural/civil engineer.
Strong background in development and delivery of projects.
Experience in business development
Solid knowledge of English language spoken and written.
Computer literate: minimum MS Office Word, Power Point and Excel.
Knowledge of structural analysis software.
Flexible, positive attitude to clients, consultants and colleagues.
Good communication skills.
Enthusiastic, well motivated, knowledgeable and a team player, but capable of working on own initiative.
For the more senior role exhibit commercial awareness and sound people management skills.
