RESPONSABILITATI

- This position reports directly to the HR Leader. He/She will be responsible for developing and leading the organizational effectiveness, change management and learning processes together with the Plant leadership teams.
- Responsible for planning and supporting the learning, organizational effectiveness and change management processes required to successfully deploy the Standard Implementation Framework.

Responsibilities:
- Implement talent development standards and learning activities
- Develop and conduct readiness assessments and develop readiness action plans for site deployments.
- Coordinate with the HR Steering Council to develop and implement activities and learning at focused Implementation sites.
- Lead site teams in the areas of change management, organizational design, talent management, team development
- Support the execution of the Standard Implementation Framework, with particular regard to Leadership Coaching & Standard Work for Leaders, Engaging Labour Partners, Organizational Development & Baseline and Communications
- Train site HR generalists and leadership teams on organizational development and change management processes to leverage functional expertise and accelerate deployment activities across all sites.


CERINTE

- BA/BS in Business or Human Resources related discipline (MBA/MA preferred)
- 4+ years experience in HR or significant HR/OD experience supporting Operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence
- Track record of achieving results in challenging assignments
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including presentation planning and delivery skills
- Strong project planning and management skills
- Thorough understanding of the functional disciplines of Human Resources (staffing, Labour Relations, compensation, learning, OD/OE)
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, energize and motivate high performing teams
- Experience with talent assessment systems and processes to include management resource reviews, executive development, and leadership coaching
- Strong organizational skills with program management expertise
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a highly matrixed organization and to deal with cross-functional populations
- Six Sigma, Lean and/or Program Management training a plus
- Able to travel 50-75% as necessary to support deployments and site readiness activities
