- To maximize sale, standards of service and operate the store efficiently.
- Lead and motivate the staff.
- Develop the standards of SEPHORA
- Be responsible for the stock and all the procedures, which are set by the company.
- Be aware of the local market and communicate the commercial targets and objectives to the head office.
- Be responsible for the health and safety of the staff and the merchandise.
- Establishe processes to create internal and external information flow;
- Use a systematic approach to anticipate problems; generating creative solutions
- Proactivity, impatient for results, makes decisions and takes action, flexible
- University graduate preferably in Economics
- Previous experience in managerial position – retail it’s a plus
- Fluent in English, French can be a plus
- Excellent skills regarding Microsoft Office focus on Excel
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners
- Ability to manage resources to ensure that established service levels are achieved at all times
- Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously
- Ability to independently manage store operations
