RESPONSABILITATI

¿ Our client is a very well-known Western European retail chain coming to Romania and requires a General Manager both to manage the first shop in the chain (in a prestigious location) and to develop our client¿s position on the Market leading to expansion into more locations. The salary offered will be very competitive. The successful candidate will have a rare opportunity to build a successful retail brand. Creating a good team of sales people will be the key to success


Service:
¿ Drive the high levels of customers satisfaction
¿ Ensure the store team is customer lead
Profit:
¿ Develop and drive the store strategy
¿ Plan store sales, monitor their performance and address issues
¿ Plan & monitor costs & payroll in line with budgets & take remedial action where required
Stock:
¿ Review and agree block and sectional layouts
¿ Ensure the visual merchandising of the store reflects the Company\'s look
¿ Demand the highest standards of consistency in product presentation
¿ Drive high standards and efficiency are achieved and maintained in the stockroom
¿ Analyse stocktake results and effect 100 day plan to resolve any issues
¿ Analyse sales and shrinkage data and effect necessary action
¿ Ensure all in-store processes are efficiently implemented
¿ Drive continuous improvement
