-responsabil pentru realizarea obiectivelor de vanzari
-asigura respectarea procedurilor de lucru impuse de conducerea companiei;
-asigura suport si training permanent echipei de consilieri de vanzari
-urmareste si mentine permanent expunerea produselor si nivelul optim al stocurilor prin control si comunicare permanenta cu departamentul de achizitii
-mentinerea unei atmosfere colegiale in relatiile de munca (atat cu subordonatii cat si cu superiorii)
-intocmirea rapoartelor de vanzari
-Initiativa si perseverenta
-Bune abilitati de leadership
-Bune abilitati de comunicare si putere de convingere
-Orientare spre rezultate
-Putere de concentrare, abilitati organizatorice, simtul detaliului, capacitate rapida de decizie
-Experienta intr-un post similar de minim 1 an
-Persoana comunicativa, sociabila, atitudine pozitiva, personalitate energica, amabilitate si eficienta
-Studii superioare
-Cunostinte operare PC
-Limba engleza este un avantaj
-Usurinta in exprimare, flexibilitate in gandire, memorie buna
-Rezistenta la sarcini repetitive si stres, receptivitate la solicitarile profesionale
