For our client, an international fashion retailer we are looking for a Store Manager.
Responsabilities:
Skillfully and tactfully managing the store, ensuring employee and customer satisfaction;
Coordinating the store's activity in terms of financial efficiency;
Elaborating the working strategy inside the store, in compliance with the commercial policies of the company, in order to achieve targets;
Selecting, training and leading the store team;
Taking store inventory and making sure that adequate stocking is done to meet customer requirements;
Analyzing current market trends and predicting future changes;
Surviving the competition;
Arranging promotions and events to attract more customers and to retain existing customers;
Ensuring that the visual merchandising is meeting standards;
Ensure that all safety, security and administration routines are followed;
University Degree;
Previous work experience in fashion retail at least 3 years;
Previous work experience as a manager at least 2 year;
Enthusiastic and passionate about fashion;
Leadership qualities;
Business orientation, dedication to meet expectations and requirements of clients;
Problem solving capacity;
Strong sales skills;
Team spirit;
Influence, negotiation and persuasion skills;
Very good English language skills (speaking and writing).
