A Store Manager have to:
- Maximize sales, standards of service and operate the store efficiently.
- Develop the standards of the company
- Leading staff (recruit,select, motivate people; setting goals for the work group; planing the shifts)
- Deal with customers
- Deal with suppliers
- Reports to the head office.
- University graduate preferably in Economics
- Previous experience in managerial position – retail it’s a plus
- Very good English (spoken and written)
- Excellent skills regarding Microsoft Office (focus on Excel)
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners
- Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously
- Ability to independently manage store operations
