Job description
The successful store manager need to be focussed on stock management, replenishment and product positioning, and in return will given the commercial flexibility that will allow them to increase sales on a daily basis. My client is seeking a dedicated retail professional, with exposure to leading, coaching and managing the team and driving them to exceed expectations. Personality is key in this very service focused environment.
Who we are looking for
- The ideal candidate will have a fashion background
- Store management experience is necessary
- Candidates should have excellent commercial skills that demonstrate personal initiative and be used to profit and loss accountability
- Confidence dealing with the whole product lifecycle
- Experience of managing teams with a support management structure is important
- FRENCH fluency is obligatory .
