RESPONSABILITATI

Store Operations is the direct selling motion to the consumer and small/medium businesses markets, offering ordering on the web as well as through a telesales person. This is a fast growing business, currently present in 6 European countries, competing will all on-line computer resellers, including Dell and major retailers.

Store Operations, part of Volume Direct Operations, is responsible for developing new capabilities to improve the total customer experience and enable business growth, operating all order management activities from the order validation until delivery and customer payment to ensure the best and fastest on-line service to our customers, and managing the supply chain to ensure optimal product availability and fast delivery.

The Store Catalog Manager is responsible for building and maintaining on-line stores and catalogs, supporting the Sales & Marketing country teams in all related store fronts management activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1 – CONSULTANCY ON CATALOG AND ON-LINE STORES PROCESSES
• Key contact for
• sales & marketing country teams on catalogs, pricing and stores setup and maintenance
• local ACM for pricing issues
• Global Content Support team (hp.com)
• Provide consultancy on ISCS, eComCat and Eclipse tools
• Guide Content Managers on most optimal catalog structure

2 – STORES DEPLOYMENT AND MAINTENANCE
• Setup and update catalogues structure, content and price per sales and customer requirements
• Proactively manage New Product Introduction (NPI) and End Of Life (EOL)
• Drive deal approval for store offering
• Pilot price control execution
• Manage issue escalations and drive resolution to meet SLA
• Accountable for quality and availability of store catalogue and offerings
• Participate to creation of the monthly performance dashboard and review with sales
• Work as a team with Country Content managers; build good relationship, establish efficient cooperation, demonstrate reactivity and autonomy
