We look for recent college graduates or students, with economic or technical background, who are passionate about capital/financial markets (stock exchange), and who want to capitalize on the huge potential offered by trading these markets. Successful traders are intelligent, analytical, disciplined, hard working, resourceful.
We focus on stocks traded on NYSE. No prior experience is necessary.
Profitable trading involves a great deal of effort in learning and studying, time spent to research the markets and to acquire the experience and skills necessary for a trader to turn out profits every day.
We begin with a training program, which may last several weeks before you start trading live with firm's capital.
Compensation, which is performance based (hence starts with trader's live trading activity) and encompasses flexible features, allows traders to enjoy making money even if they're just starting off.
