- Keep the stock, receive and deliver goods.
Because the work load for this position is not 100%, we are looking for a person which can perform some other type of jobs. For example we are looking for a person which can do also workshop repairs to compressor assemblies.
In our vision, the person should be enough flexible in order to take over some other responsibilities and in a reasonable period of time to be able to grow and get another position depending on the opportunities.
Considering that he is in many situations the interface of the company, all aspects related to human relations should be considered.
- Primary responsibilities:
- To do Spare parts/equipment deliveries and reception.
- To keep inventory of warehouse and workshop
- To drive forklift/ to be able to learn to drive forklift
- Work in Scala Service Management Module.
- To keep own records of parts and tools delivered to service technicians.
- To Issue delivery notes
- To make spare parts requisition for stock.
- To organise stock.
- To issue reports related to stock and tools inventory.
- Secondary responsibilities:
- Data input in databases.
- Administrative purchasing
- Workshop repairs (if suitable background)
- Typing of memos and other paperwork related to Service operations, if requested.
