RESPONSABILITATI

Job’s purpose: Support given to brand teams in terms of using sport marketing as a brand strategy element. Monitor and analyze sponsorship market and data to increase competitive advantage. Define and draw new sponsorship activity development opportunities and sponsorship strategy as part of KP brand strategy.

Main responsibilities:
- Preparing sponsorship strategies for the company’s brands
- Developing annual sponsorship plans in agreement with brand strategies
- Putting brands’ annual sponsorship activity plans into action
- Liaising with other company functions and outside partners in terms of brand sponsorship activity plan performance
- Sponsorship activities


CERINTE

- university education
- experience in Sport Marketing (preferably FMCG) and knowledge of matters related to Brand Marketing, including at least 2 years as Sponsorship Specialist
- basic knowledge on finance and law with specific focus on sponsorship law
- high negotiation and mediation skills
- knowledge of sponsorship rights market – in particular sport related
- experience in running sponsorship projects, including cooperation with ATL, BTL and PR agencies
- communicativeness

- fluency in English
