As a Security Services Fraud Investigator you will be responsible for responding to security queries and Player related emails (both English and Italian)and for fraud detection and prevention on the Group platform.
- Experience in credit card fraud/investigation
- Fluent in Italian and English - written and verbal communication
- Strong investigative skills and attention to details
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skill
