- Delivers the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) support function to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of ICT business equipment
- Facilitates communication between Business and IT and also within IT area in order to obtain the necessary support and expertise for integrated solutions delivery
- Delivers system integration services including consulting, system development, solutions integration and implementation
- Analyses the ICT new business opportunities and implementing complex solutions
- Supports the development of new ICT services / solutions in the Hardware & software turnkey solutions
- Supports the development of new ICT services / solutions in System integration & Consultancy services:
- Business specialized software
- Managed corporate security solution and Professional E-block product
- Project management
- Manages a portfolio of problems, issues and requests to meet a high-level business need and acting as the ICT link between the end client team and ICT
- Deals with significant, highly complex issues and projects
- Ensures that operating principles and processes have been adhered to in line with the ICT Strategy and the corporate network infrastructure security
- Works towards resolving issues which affect the corporate objectives and clay-to-day business operation and support the Principal ICT Specialists in the delivery of the support service
- Collects and consolidates data in order to draft and/or update technical and business statistics for internal or external use
- Prepares and edits business or technical presentations and submits/presents them for superior's review and approval
- Maintains confidential division / departments records and files
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- A university diploma is necessary
- 1+ years working experience in a similar position is preferable
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project; Web/Internet/Intranet technologies is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of English is mandatory.
