- develops new products and processes within operation division by taking into consideration the market orientation, cost reduction and work simplification;
- improves the existing products and processes;
- cooperates with other departments for identification of new opportunities in the market;
- evaluates the adaptabilities and advantages of new products vs. existing products;
- comes up with ideas to meet the parameters set up by the management;
- reconsiders the traditional ways of creation products;
- generates Newsletters.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a bank;
- Fluent in English (any other foreign language is an advantage).
- Preferably experience in project work and analyses;
- Creative, self-starter, detail oriented;
- Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills;
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks with overlapping timelines;
- Ability to learn fast and to accumulate information.
