This role will be ideal for an experienced Bid Specialist with a passion for writing, ideally coupled with experience of IT both within the Public Sector and Private Sector. Of particular interest will be individuals with prior background in Consultancies or IT Service Providers. As the successful applicant you will work within an industry leading team that will offer you full support in the development of proposals from a technical, sales and marketing perspective.
-Minimum of 2 years in IT
-Experiece in Bid or Project Management
-Fluent oral and written English
-Reviewing and monitoring progress and resolving issues and problems
-Planning and managing the bid activities, resources and bid risks
-Recording, analysing and managing issues, risks, changes and dependencies during the bid
-Assessing of the bid resources required and their availability
-Arranging Bid (and/or bid stage) initiation meetings
-Defining the structure of the proposal
-Producing a Bid/Proposal
-Confirming that the proposal is deemed acceptable
