Target: Purchase of technical, general, imported and packaging materials.
Job description:
- Participate in defining specifications for materials required in each field;
- Confirming the supply of materials and maintenance of purchase files;
- Assisting purchasing manager in preparing framework agreements with suppliers and their updates;
- Receiving requisition orders from relevant departments;
- Follow up on status of orders made and their update;
- Participating in process of supply level evaluation;
- Confirmation of payment to suppliers that was submitted to the accounts office;
- Participating in the definition of specifications together with the customers;
- Taking part in the process of suppliers/items approval and holding of item purchasing files;
- Instructions for the listing of items in the catalogue;
- Taking part together with the purchasing manager in the preparation and update of framework agreements with the suppliers;
- Receiving internal import orders from operational units and carrying them out;
- Execution of purchase orders for spare parts and investment items;
- Tracking the orders status and order update if warranted;
- Taking part in periodic supplier evaluation;
- Handling and tracking of import orders and delivers from abroad;
- Contact with customs agents and provision of authorization for releasing merchandise;
- Control of process of import services;
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making purchases related to his field, according to company procedures and prescribed timetable;
- Follow up on the status of orders;
- The position is subordinated to Purchasing Manager;
- Only the selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
Requirements;
- University degree / Technical or Economical;
- Good computer literacy - knowledge of ERP system is compulsory;
- Fluent in English;
- Driving license - B.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proven experience in an international exposure - min 4-5 years in an multinational company, in the same position;
- Team spirit, capacity to work hard and under stressful circumstances;
- Well organized and analytical spirit;
- Experience in negotiations and purchasing field;
- Very honest, able to solve complex problems
