As a member of the Sales Force Support team you are to:
- Help our sales force and our channel partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa with special pricing approval & tools. Help us to execute to the agreed service level agreements so that our channel partner get the best assistance and help them to convert those special prices into real orders
- provide support by means of email & telephone to oth channel and sales & business units
We need you to be:
- fluent in English is a must
- good command of German/ French/Italian/Hebrew is a must
- smart and dynamic, friendly and willing to work in a team
- customer oriented
We need you to have:
- good communication skills
- problem solving abilities
