As a member of the Sales Support team you are to:
- Help our sales team and our channel partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa with special pricing tools. Help us to execute to the agreed service level agreements so that our channel partner get the best assistance and help them to convert those special prices into real orders
- provide support by means of email & telephone to both channel and sales & business units
- fluent in English
- good command of Turkish; Italian
- smart and dynamic, friendly and willing to work in a team
- customer oriented
- good communication skills
- problem solving abilities
