For one of our client’s a leading company in industrial machines we are looking for a Spare Parts Sales Coordinator.The Spare Parts Sales Coordinator will be responsible for developing the client’s portfolio and must focus on growing and developingexisting clients, together with managing a team of sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and extendclient relationships
Analyze client performance and provide reports
Research & analyzecompetition, competitive issues, products, and industry trends
Participate in trade exhibitions / shows &travel to visit clients
Arranging meeting withpotential customers to develop business
Attending team meetings& sharing best practices with other team member
Manage and coach a team ofsales representatives
Ensure active staff and employee engagement
Bachelor’s degree
Technical background (mechanical engineering)is a must
Experience in sales in automotive industry
Pleasing personality, self-motivated, resultoriented with a positive outlook towards the job
Possess strong analytical skills, goodcommunication and excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent business relationship managementskills
Valid driving license
