The role of this position is to coordinate a team involved in the sourcing of materials for a production company in Spain.
It also involves:
- transactional activities like buyer support;
- to monitor performance of the group and to put control wherever there is an escalation;
- to give feedback to the client on activity and day to day performance.
Required skills:
- knowledge of procurement function, preferably with a production company;
- should have sound knowledge of written and spoken Spanish and English languages;
- strong people management skill being in similar supervisory role for at least 18 - 24 months/ demonstrated leadership in evaluating performance / personnel appraisals;
- ability to interact with Customer on performance review call, prepare daily / weekly dashboards;
- should be able to make enhancements in the process;
- understanding of SAP based systems, will be an added advantage;
- good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
- customer/client handling skills;
- focus on quality & process improvement;
- willing to work in Hyderabad - India, in the first 6 months of employment.
