- Provide massage therapy of the highest standards to members & guests;
- Provide additional treatments if possible;
- Participate in the promotion of the SPA section;
- Promote club services and activities;
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with all members;
- Listens to members' complaints and assists in resolving problems to restore and promote good public relations;
- Carry out any other responsibilities and duties assigned by the immediate supervisor;
- Previous experience as a spa and/or massage therapist is essential; the candidate should be able to provide wide range of therapies/massages and should know the latest trends;
- Relevant Certificate;
- English speaker (desirable);
- Strong oral communication skills;
- Effective interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work in a busy environment and provide outstanding customer service;
- Ability to project and promote a professional image;
- Willing to work flexible hours;
