Candidate requirements:

¿¿¿ Minimum 3 years exp. in Auditing; business process re-engineering with strong internal control focus.
¿¿¿ Higher degree in Business Administration/Finance/ business experience.
¿¿¿ Self-dependent, flexible to schedule changes.
¿¿¿ Knowledge of compliance requirement for IAS, Sarbanes Oxley Act, etc.
¿¿¿ Certification in Accounting/Auditing preferred.
¿¿¿ Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:

a. Support Business Leaders/ Customers with adequate information management.
b. Analyse external/ internal audit reports, information security, project reviews and PEP reviews.
c. Coordinate and supervise follow-up process; ensure accurate and timely resolution of agreed actions.
d. Determine country risks and exposures; coordinate in-control self-assessments; make follow-up and corrective actions.
e. Monitor and improve business process compliance as per internal/ external regulations and Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX)
f. Lead business process reviews on special topics (e.g. Investigations asked by Regional Management)
g. Seek alignment with Global BPC to ensure a global standardized business processes and manage best business process practice sharing.
