Daily duties:
¿¿¿ Support Business Leaders/Customers with adequate management information.
¿¿¿ Analyse Audit reports (est&int audits, Information Security,projest reviews, PEP reviews), and define & track action items.
¿¿¿ Coordinate and supervise follow-up process and ensure accurate and timely resolution actions.
¿¿¿ Coordinate in control Self-Assesments, determine Country Risks and Exposures, take action.
¿¿¿ Coordinate implementation of requirements of Sarbanes Oxley Act, 2002 (SOX).
¿¿¿ Monitor and improve business process compliance according to int/ext regulations and SOX.
¿¿¿ Lead B.P reviews on special topics (e.g. Investigations asked by Regional Management).
¿¿¿ Seek alignment with global BPC to ensure having global standardized business processes in place.
Requirements:
¿¿¿ Degree in Business Administration/Finance, or comparable business experience.
¿¿¿ Fluency in English.
¿¿¿ 3 years experience in Auditing/business process re-engineering, with strong internal control focus.
¿¿¿ Understanding all aspects of compliance requirements for IAS, Sarbanes Oxley Act.
¿¿¿ Mobility & flexibility, field work, change of schedule.
¿¿¿ Leadership experience, multitasking and strong communication skills.
