RESPONSABILITATI

YOUR MISSION:

Raise the attraction capacity of Danone Romania as Employer on the local labour market.
Implement a recruiting strategy, process and tools adapted to the local needs and corporate guidelines.
Manage the recruitment of "best -fit" talents at a optimised speed.
Manage the recruiters' team in the Country Business Unit.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
EMPLOYER BRANDING

Develops and implements different Employer Branding projects and activities in order to improve the company’s image on the local candidates’ market (e.g. TRUST Business Game, Traineeships programs, Danone Explorers and other specific initiatives);
Builds and maintains a relationship network in Romania with key external partners:
Students Associations, Universities, Career Centers;
Internet Sites;
Other media channels (Cariere, other professional magazines);
Animates Danone participation in job fairs (external and internal);
Coordinates the induction program for the trainees;
Networks with other specialists (inside + outside Danone) in order to exchange best practices in this area.
Manages medium/long term relationships with the recruiting agencies.

RECRUITING -OPERATIONAL

Manages the recruiting team;
Recruiting process coordination and optimization:
Coordinates the sourcing and selection processes, within the quality criteria and agreed KPIs;
Is actively involved in the selection of the candidates (as recruiter) for managerial positions in Operations (Industrial, Supply Chain and Sales) and offers support to all the hiring managers (in defining the ideal candidate profile, selection criteria, identifying the most appropriate recruiting sources, interviewing techniques, selection tools and criteria etc.);
Coaches the line management and supervisors to become professional interviewers;

Coordinates the recruiting budget monitoring, the recruiting performance indicators for all yearly recruiting activities, as well as the recruiting statistics/database and job offers preparation;
Coordinates the Internal & External Job Posting for all recruiting projects;
Coordinates the usage of HIRIS recruiting application module.
Optimizes the recruiting efficiency in the company (process, timing, costs, quality);

Your Profile
3-5 years experience in HR (previous experience in Sourcing and Recruitment will be a plus).
