- Acts as a key member of technical architecture team(s) focused on implementing state of the art enterprise solutions using Service Oriented Architectures within an infrastructure.
- Acts as a leader and/or a key member of technical teams supporting new business, capture and proposal teams.
- Collaborates with a diverse group of personnel to develop, propose and implement optimum solutions for client requirements.
- Maintains current knowledge and understanding of industry technical trends and best practices.
- Follows emerging technologies and applies this knowledge strategically when recommending business and technical solutions.
- Develops and conducts presentations to upper management and clients to educate or gain approvals on recommended design concepts and technologies.
- Able to specify and manage delivery of Solution Architecture (Solution specification and estimation model) for small, medium and large projects and accounts as part of bid or proposal or as part of an implementation project.
- Covering all domains of change: ¿ Process ¿ Organization ¿ Location ¿ Data ¿ Application ¿ Technology, The Solution Architect needs to be familiar and comfortable will all these aspects of the Solution and be able to direct and manage specialists in all these areas to deliver a coherent Solution aligned to the business vision.
- Needs to be comfortable with different levels of business and technology knowledge from the client and be able to address the clients needs on these different levels.
- Good communications skills and the ability to appreciate different perspectives on technology are essential skills in this area.
- Needs to be able to produce accurate and reliable cost estimates and be able to assess and manage technical risks effectively.
- Designing and delivering solutions which have a significant positive impact on client businesses.
- Understand the capability and limitations of current technologies and to keep up to date with latest tools and techniques.
- Needs to be innovative and enthusiastic but have a strong practical streak which allows to balance the application of technology with commercial and technical risks.
- 10 years experience in making software solutions architectures close in technical complexity and value with the one offered
- participation in minimum 5 auctions holding and evaluation projects
- participation in minimum 5 projects in the European Union and candidate countries
