Essentially you'll be the telecom solution architect who identifies the client's problems and business needs, conceives an original solution and differentiates hp from all other offerings on the market. Lots of the work will be unknown territory, so instead of looking for guidance you'll be blazing your own trail and taking others along with you, mentoring, managing and motivating your team and taking ownership of its actions.
¿ Bachelor's (undergraduate) or Master's (graduate) degree in Computer Science / Telecommunications
¿ Project management certifications
¿ 4-12+ years track record in consulting/telecommunications
¿ Ability to lead, sell and support solutions
¿ Fluent English and local language skills
¿ Experience in leading or participating in process and requirement analysis activities
¿ Business Knowledge: telecom market trends, communications industry-specific technology and directions
¿ Proven success in introducing new ideas and solutions or taking independent actions to address critical business requirements
¿ Knowledge of consulting / project management methodologies
¿ Independence and ownership: Work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance from others. Takes ownership for actions, seeks feedback and takes direction
¿ Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers on all levels. Conceptual skills: able to perform in-depth systems analysis, recognizes problems, opportunities or underlying patterns and relationships. Is able to analyze requirements and translate them into priorities and action plans.
