- Gathering and evaluating customer business requirements – Infrastructure area;
-Identifying and documenting current infrastructure environment;
-Identify and evaluate solution options to finalize an approach;
-Design solution;
-Manage and develop detailed functional Solution Design documentation;
-Presenting the solution to the customer;
-Assisting the project management team with implementation and deployment.
- University Degree ;
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Active Directory administration in a large enterprise environment;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in System Administrator - Windows 2003 Operating System- in a large enterprise;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Linux environment;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange 2003 Environment;
- Good knowledge of WAN, LAN and network topologies. (Routers, Switches, Firewalls);
- Development of solution design specifications – constitutes an advantage;
- Knowledge of project management methodology – constitutes an advantage.
The following certification constitutes an advantage:
- MCP, MCSA or MCSE certification;
- Cisco Certification in Network Design.
Abilities
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills;
- Customer service skills.
