- Leading solution architecture, systems assessment, implementing best practice solutions, knowledge transfer, and pertinent post-implementation support.
- Designing end to end solutions for hardware/software within a given platform and/or across multiple platforms creating a seamless environment for systems and business customers.
- Providing support and designing messaging solutions for the business community.
- Actively participate in the planning, design, and implementation of Microsoft Active Directory and SQL systems, infrastructure and related hardware.
- Lead the creation of an architecture for products or applications in a solution set
- Design the Active Directory architecture to accomplish cross-system objectives such as reuse, integration and consistency
- Participate in the development of life-cycle oriented processes and procedures and the development and implementation of test plans, migration plans and delivery plans
- Prepare design documents and technical papers explaining and motivating the approaches to be taken in the architectures of systems
- Deliver high-quality solutions to ensure the investment in technology is consistent with business objectives
- Translate business strategies into technical visions and strategies
- Deliver project oversight responsibilities
- Work in a high-paced, diverse team environment
- Clearly communicate problem/resolution process to management
- Contribute to product development and develop technical documentation

- Ability to develop, implement and maintain application infrastructure to support business needs and meet established SLAs.
- Ability to analyze and translate requirements into functional specifications, implementation requirements and executable instructions
- Excellent diagnostic/problem solving, problem resolution and problem prevention skills
- Strong Disaster Recovery planning and execution skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in building architectures based on Microsoft Technologies
- Participation in minimum 5 solution implementation projects based on Microsoft Technology
- MCSE certification
- Advanced knowledge of design and Active Directory administration, SQL
