Formulate and implement testing strategies appropriate to the customer's specific context and project
Liaise with Project Managers, Product Managers and individual Software Development Managers to ensure delivery of a high-quality product is compatible with release timeline targets
Publish, champion, and revise plans in partnership with all stakeholders
Creating release notes and release readiness reports according with internal methodology
Communicating progress and status to project teams and clients
Actively contribute to expanding knowledge area of test department and increasing efficiency in current activities
Identify and quanitfy risks and take appropriate mitigation measures

Ensure release programs have clearly define deliverables and timelines, and that these are met
Contribute to defining overall organization quality goals and quality metrics
Hands-on approach and very good technical understanding is expected at all seniority levels
Team leading experience is a must
Strong hands-on testing experience
Impeccable understanding of software development lifecycle models and test methodologies
Covering a wide software testing area, not only functional but also performance and security testing
Experience delivering test strategies, master test plans and detailed / cycle test plans
Very good experience with Agile software development models
Flawless understanding and knowledge of web-based systems, client-server paradigms
Wide technology expertise; any hands-on past experience with a programming or scripting language / preferably OOP would be a plus
Ability to strategize, plan and manage implementation of test automation
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good English language skills
Would be considered a plus:
At least 6 years of working experience in testing and consulting
Hands-on experience with test automation
