Job Purpose:
Within a team, you test products in the area of disposition systems for the railway infrastructure.
Apart from software Test and Integration, Commissioning support belongs to your tasks.
Job summary
Specification and development of manual and automatic tests
Preparation of test reports
Review of product requirements
Definition and integration of complex test configurations using simulation environment
Preparation of test plans and test cases
implementation of manual tests according to defined test cases and explorative testing
Support for error analysis and verification of bug fixes
Collaboration with customer acceptance
Assisting in the effort estimation
Documentation
Professional competencies
Education:
A degree in Computer Science or Transportation
Requested technical competences:
Proven experience in Software Testing and Integration
Experience in scripting with Perl and Python
Basic C/C++ programming skills
Experience with Windows and Linux
Personal qualities
Very good cognitive aptitudes
Interpersonal qualities (sociability, empathy, flexibility)
Self management qualities (consciousness, tolerance)
Good work attitude (task orientation, assertiveness)
Willingness to Travel
Languages:
Fluency in English
