You will be responsible for:
Ensure functional testing process preparation and execution for the company¿s software products according to the documentation provided for that purpose.
Define test items based on functional specifications documents.
Participate at the design process and sign off of the functional test plan.
Execute the functional test items according with the test plan.
Analyze and report the functional testing results to the management and project team.
Document thoroughly all activities and deliverables along testing process.
Candidate profile:
- Computer science (or equivalent) degree.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Previous similar working experience is an asset.
- Knowledgeable about basic testing techniques.
- Proficient in software testing, test cases design, testing techniques would be a plus.
- Basic knowledge of web programming (HTML, static and dynamic web sites, JavaScript) is required.
- UNIX/linux (user-level), SQL knowledge and / or experience with automated and performance testing tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technology quickly.
- Ability to work in a team.
