¿Coordination of technical projects
¿Mentoring of junior engineers and assisting them in the development of their technical skills
¿Leading teams of software engineers - 5+ engineers


CERINTE

¿University degree, preferable in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation, Electronics
¿Experience in C/C++ development preferable on multiple platforms (Windows, Linux/Unix) and Assembly language ¿ min 5 yrs
¿Project Management training courses
¿Experience in Project Management lifecycle (needs, design, development and release/launch) - min 3 yrs
¿Experience in managing design & development processes preferable on large-scale Enterprise grade solutions ¿ min 3 yrs
¿Proven managerial experience in managing teams of 5+ persons ¿ min 3 yrs
¿Financial management or at least ability to develop project budgets, managing budgets & forecasts
¿Knowledge of state-of-the-art methods and approaches in application development and testing
¿Spoken and written English- excellent
¿Availability for short business trips in Europe or US
