- Experience in managing design & development processes preferable on large-scale Enterprise grade solutions ¿ min 3 yrs
- Proven managerial experience in managing teams of 5+ persons ¿ min 3 yrs
- Financial management or at least ability to develop project budgets, managing budgets & forecasts
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art methods and approaches in application development and testing
- Spoken and written English- excellent
- Availability for short business trips in Europe or US
