RESPONSABILITATI

The Specialist will provide technical support to customers via email and initial remote technical support for software applications.

Although it is desired that the candidate has some knowledge of Platforms (UNIX, Windows, Linux), Webserver (IBM Websphere, BEA Weblogic, etc.), Java, HTML, XML, Relational Databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server), candidates without this background will also be considered.

Selected candidates will attend a 6 week training in the UK which will prepare them from the technical point of view, and afterwards they will work from Bucharest.


CERINTE

Professional Skills:
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) and also must have very good knowledge of at least one additional language, e.g. German, Swedish, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish etc.
- Knowledge of IT technology & infrastructure, networking
- Technical background (in software) is preferred
- Customer interaction experience (within the IT industry) is preferred

Personal Skills:
- Communication and listening skills, team player, very good analytical skills, eagerness to learn, ability to multi-task
