- The job involves working on a latest, state of the art UML tool, Objecteering (www.objecteering.com).
The successful candidate will:
-Take part in the testing processes of our company;
- Be responsible for the creation and configuration of the test environments;
- Be responsible for the creation of the test plan documents, the acceptance test scenarios (based on the applications functional specifications) and the test data;
- Perform the system tests, regression tests, performance tests, and acceptance tests;
- Create test reports and analyze the test results;
- Create automated tests using automated testing tools when necessary;
- Ensure the high quality of the application releases.
Basic requirements:
- University degree, preferable in Computer Science or related discipline;
Main skills
- Experience in testing methodologies;
- Experience in working with several O/S environments (Windows, UNIX);
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written);
- Well organized and responsible person;
- Team player;
- Self-motivated and proactive to solve problems and accomplish assignment independently;
- Ability to quickly adapt technical concepts.
Bonus skills :
- Experience in elaborating test plans and test specifications;
- Experience on automated testing tools and scripting languages will be considered an asset;
- General knowledge about programming languages and programming concepts;
- UML knowledge;
